I have a vehicle that I
purchsed on craig's list. I bought the car not realizing that the title
was never put in the person I was buying it from's name. I have talked
to the previous (original) owner and they say The car was junked by the
insurance company and the sold it for parts. The car is fixed I suppose
from whatever happened. Is there any way I can drive the car legally? I
just can't get the car put in my name.
Junk titles : You can not do anything with a junk title you can not put them on the street any more
all you can do with them is sell them for junk
